For many years, Irina Nikolaevna has been the head of the Dissertation Council on Pediatrics and Pediatric Surgery (D 208.071.01) and is also a member of the Academic Councils of the FGBOU DPO "RMANPO" of the Ministry of Health of Russia and the FGAU NMIC for Children's Health of the Ministry of Health of Russia.

She is a member of the European Association of Immunologists and Allergists, a full member of ESPGHAN, a member of the Executive Committee of the Union of Pediatricians of Russia.
