Member of the Society of Heart Failure Specialists (SSCH). In 1984 she graduated from the 2nd Moscow Order of Lenin State Medical Institute with a degree in General Medicine, in 1985 - an internship in therapy. From 1989 to 2003 she worked as a senior laboratory assistant, researcher, assistant at the Department of Clinical Pharmacology and Therapy of the Russian Medical Academy of Postgraduate Education; from 2003 to 2013 Associate Professor of the Department of Clinical Pharmacology and Therapy; since January 2013 Professor of the Department of Clinical Pharmacology and Therapy. In 1994 she defended her thesis on "The effect of angiotensin-converting enzyme inhibitors on hemodynamic parameters and exercise tolerance in patients with chronic heart failure". In 2009 she defended her doctoral dissertation on the topic "Rational pharmacotherapy of chronic heart failure". Has the highest category in the specialties: Therapy, Clinical pharmacology. Passed Primary retraining in the specialty "Functional diagnostics".

She took part in 15 international multicenter clinical trials conducted at the department. She took part in international scientific conferences. She has published more than 60 articles in domestic and foreign publications, including 8 textbooks, 1 monograph.
