In 1996 Samsonova L.N. defended her thesis for the degree of candidate of medical sciences on the topic "Optimization of the differential diagnosis of hermaphroditism variants", in 2009 she defended her thesis for the degree of doctor of medical sciences on the topic "Optimization of the system for the prevention of iodine deficiency diseases."
