Graduated from the Pharmaceutical Faculty of the Yaroslavl Medical Institute in 1988. After postgraduate studies at the Department of Organization and Economics of Pharmacy (1988–1991), she continued to work at the department as a teacher (since 1991), senior lecturer (since 1994), associate professor (since 1996). In 1998, she was approved with the academic rank of associate professor.

From 2001 to the present - Head of the Department of Management and Economics of Pharmacy, from 2006 to the present - Dean of the Faculty of Pharmacy.

Candidate of Pharmaceutical Sciences since 1994. Doctor of Pharmaceutical Sciences since 2012. Author of more than 100 scientific papers on topical issues of organization and economics of pharmacy. Prepared 2 Ph.D. Areas of scientific interests: "Improvement of drug provision to the population." She was awarded the badge "Excellence in Health Care," the Gold Medal of the Peace Foundation.
