Dear readers!
Here is the next issue of the journal "Patient-oriented medicine and pharmacy". In the current issue of the journal, we present to your attention several articles on the most pressing topics in clinical medicine. The special value of our scientific publication lies in the unique opportunity to obtain a multifaceted view of problems at the intersection of medical disciplines, thereby conveying to the scientific community the results of the productive work of scientists from leading universities in Russia.
One of the key articles in this issue is a literature review devoted to the development of 3D bioprinting, which examines technological advances in the field of bioprinting and its application in regenerative medicine and organ transplantation.
This issue also contains an article devoted to the emergency prevention of tick-borne viral encephalitis in remote regions of the Russian Federation, where access to medical care is limited. Modern methods of prevention are considered in detail, including vaccination and the use of immunoglobulin and iodophenazone. The article on the impact of spa treatment on the health of patients after cholecystectomy is also interesting. The authors of the study demonstrate how the integrated use of natural healing resources and physical rehabilitation can improve the quality of life of patients who have undergone gallbladder removal.
In addition, in this issue you will find materials dedicated to the physical development and health of medical students who studied remotely during the COVID-19 pandemic. The authors of the article raise important issues related to the impact of isolation and decreased physical activity on the health of young people.
Of interest is the material from real clinical practice concerning the issue of studying hereditary amyloidosis with kidney damage, in its ultra-rare form - genetically determined lysozyme amyloidosis.
A study is presented on the dynamics of the specific immune response of healthy young people to vaccination with Gam-COVID-Vac. A clinical study is described that addresses the features of the somatic status in children with latent tuberculosis infection without identified contacts with patients with MBT+ tuberculosis.
The observational study describes an assessment of the informative value of the neutrophil-to-lymphocyte and platelet-to-lymphocyte ratios in predicting cardiac complications during thoracic oncological surgeries.
We hope that the materials of this issue will be useful for our readers and inspire them to further research and practical achievements in the field of medicine and pharmacy. We thank all the authors for their contribution to the development of science and practice, as well as our readers for their continued interest in our journal. We invite you to become a part of our scientific community and publish your research.
Sincerely,
Editor-in-Chief
Academician of the Russian Academy of Sciences, Professor
